  • Drill-Down Modal: to allow users to click any call in the log to open a detailed modal, where they can listen to the call recording, read the full transcript, and see the AI analysis.
  • Multi-API Integration: to connect to a telephony API (like Twilio) for call handling, a database for logging, and AI APIs (like OpenAI) for transcription and analysis.
