The JoinProPio Project involves a new venture startup firm focused on creating a communications hub for accounting firms. This project aims to streamline the communication process between accounting firms and their clients.

Problem

Accounting firms face challenges in communicating with clients who use different communication channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and email. This fragmentation makes it difficult to manage communications efficiently and maintain consistent client interactions.

We developed a communications hub that integrates multiple communication channels into a single platform. This hub allows accounting firms to send messages through SMS, WhatsApp, and email from one place, simplifying the communication process. The design ensures that the process is smooth and intuitive, making it easy for accounting firms to manage client interactions without worrying about the underlying technology.
